My love for travel was cemented during a ski season in the Canadian Rockies and the subsequent two year adventure around the globe that followed. However, the story began long before. As a native of the UK (where I still live), I grew up with the rich tapestry of Europe right on my doorstep. From childhood holidays to solo adventures, I’ve spent my life exploring its diverse cultures, uncovering hidden gems, and falling in love with its landscapes. It’s this lifelong passion and familiarity with the continent that helps my work creating unforgettable journeys as a Europe Travel Designer.

My top tips
Book at least nine months in advance if you go to Europe in the Summer. It can get very busy and the beautiful boutique hotels can fill up quickly.
Try to do a city tour on the first day. You will be able to orientate yourself for your remaining days there.
Stay centrally located (walking distance to city centre) when in a large European city to avoid spending time heavy traffic in a taxi.
Go on a food tour with a local host wherever possible. You will learn about so much more than simply the food.
