Brazil Wildlife Tours
made for you

Seek out wildlife in Brazil on a bespoke tour designed just for you

Extraordinary Brazil wildlife tours, led by expert naturalist guides

Our expert travel designers will create a tailor made Brazil wildlife tour, suited to your interests, that seamlessly blends unforgettable natural encounters with meaningful conservation impact. Discover the endless rainforest canopy of the Amazon, the distinctive savanna landscape of the Cerrado and the wetlands and endemic species of the Pantanal (three of Brazil’s six major biomes), as well as the private reserve of Ibitipoca in the Atlantic forest of southern Brazil.

On your journey you will totally immerse yourself in nature. Explore by jeep, canoe and horseback. Travel on winding waterways to stay in remote jungle lodges that work in collaboration with NGOs. Take daytime and nighttime nature walks led by expert naturalists and learn about various ecosystems. Experience the thrill of tracking wildlife on foot (spend a full day with the Jaguar habituation team in the Pantanal, looking for clues that point to the coming night’s activity), or set out on a guided open-jeep safari in the Cerrado to spot the emblematic maned wolf.

We believe responsible tourism can be an incredibly powerful catalyst for change and we advocate for animal welfare and the environment – including handpicking exceptional luxury lodges that work towards aligning with our Positive Impact Principles. You can relax, knowing that your journey, depending on the property and activites selected, will help causes that support the conservation of wildlife and local communities.

When to visit

Brazil’s summer is from December to March, and the country experiences winter from June to September. It can get very hot and humid during the summer, making the slightly cooler shoulder seasons in spring and autumn great for travelling.

It’s possible to visit the Amazon year round – it’s a tropical rainforest so it’s hot and humid all year – but the best and driest months are July to October.
