Luxury Hiking Tours made for you

Set off on remarkable hiking vacations around the world

Enjoy the best hiking trails in the world, on journeys expertly tailored to you

Exploring on foot, whether it’s a relatively gentle walk, or a challenging once-in-a-lifetime hike, allows you to fully immerse yourself in a region, forging a deeper connection by engaging with the terrain and the people who call it home. Whether you’re looking for the best trekking in South America or hiking in Europe or New Zealand, your travel designer will help you plan an unforgettable trip customised perfectly to your level of adventure.

Hiking vacations are the epitome of slow travel and have a lighter environmental footprint – particularly when you’re able to explore lesser-known trails. Our experts specialise in arranging bespoke itineraries that take you off-the-beaten-track in hiking destinations including Nepal, Switzerland and New Zealand, plus the very best trekking in Central and South America, in Peru, Argentina, Guatemala and beyond.

Stop at a tiny, remote teahouse for lunch, meet farmers to understand their unique agricultural practices, visit Indigenous craft markets and religious sites and sample the best local dishes. Then take in sensational views of soaring snow-capped peaks, lush terraced valleys, steep-sided river gorges and immense frozen glaciers.

With Jacada you can expect seamless journeys, luxury camps and lodges, detailed pre-climb meetings, and privately guided tours, activities and excursions en-route.

Nepal

The Himalayas straddle India, Bhutan, Nepal and Tibet, but it’s in Nepal that you’ll find many of the most staggering trails in this monumental mountain range – to Everest base camp, but also the Annapurna circuit and Himalayan hikes from the lakeside town of Pokhara.

Kilimanjaro, the roof of Africa, is the ultimate hiking destination for the challenge of a lifetime. When to travel

There is somewhere wonderful in the world to take a hike whatever the time of year. In Europe, April to June and September to October are warm but not hot, while on the other side of the world in New Zealand, the hiking season is generally considered to be October to April (most of the Great Walks are closed in winter). September to November are the best months to visit Nepal, due to the pleasant temperatures and clear skies.
