Luxury Belize Adventure Tours made for you

Explore jungle trails, Caribbean waters and ancient cultural sites

Belize adventure tours: Reefs, Rainforests and Maya Ruins

Belize is wedged between the Caribbean Sea and the dense jungle of east coast Central America. You can move from jungle trails to low-lying cayes, then underground into vast cave systems with stalactites and Maya ceremonial sites.

Belize is compact in size and offers a huge amount of adventure. Enjoy fun activities on the river in the Cayo District and forest hikes or zip lining in Mountain Pine Ridge; take a private charter to the world-class diving and snorkelling sites of Ambergris Caye; or spot Morelet’s crocodiles on a boat ride down Monkey River near Punta Gorda.

Wildlife is varied. There are bull sharks, hammerheads, rays and green turtles in the coral reefs. Find toucans, scarlet macaws, howler monkeys and ocelots in the jungle. Belize is also a stronghold of the jaguar, many of which can be found in the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Preserve, which is Belize’s most famous sanctuary.

We take care of every detail of your Belize adventure, including handpicking exceptional places to stay, some of which work in line with our Positive Impact Principles. Get in touch to start planning your trip from scratch.

Highlights

Go diving and snorkelling from Ambergris Caye on the world’s second largest barrier reef

Kayak and spot wildlife along the tranquil waters of the Grande river near Punta Gorda

Paddle into the cave system at Cayo District’s Barton Creek, known as Xibalba (she-bal-ba), which is the Mayan word for underworld

Enjoy a private boat cruise to Mexico Rocks from Ambergris Caye

Stay at Blancaneaux Lodge, a dramatic hideaway in the Mountain Pine Ridge Reserve owned by Francis Ford Coppola

Belize has five very different (very beautiful) ecosystems and I'd always recommend spending time in the tropical pine savannah and mountains of the interior, as well as on a white-sand Caribbean beach on the coast. The interior is especially exciting if you like hiking, biking, kayaking and watching for wildlife in the jungle.
