Join vintners during the grape harvest, around February to April, and learn about their traditional techniques. There’s also time to visit Luján de Cuyo’s most prestigious wineries, tasting velvety vintages with expert sommeliers.

The hands-on experiences continue with olive picking during the harvest season, typically from late April to early May – followed by a taste of the vivid green oil crafted at the lodge. We also recommend mastering flaky, buttery empanadas in a guided cooking class. Outdoors, you can go hiking in the foothills of the Andes mountains with guided trails that can be tailored for older children and multigenerational groups.

Awasi Mendoza’s private villas are dotted across the 55-acre estate for plenty of privacy. Interiors are elegant with fireplaces and locally inspired décor. You’ll have your own private plunge pool for a refreshing dip and a roof terrace for sunset views over the Andes.
